Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using www.kiranscollection.in (the "Website") or placing an order with Kiran's Collection ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you ("you", "customer", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display our products, including colours, fabrics, sizing details, and other specifications, as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.

  • All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion in circumstances including suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, or unavailability of stock.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s), which Kiran's Collection may accept or decline.

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation has been provided.

  • We accept payments through the payment methods made available at checkout, including UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway, as applicable.

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the order details, shipping address, phone number, email address, measurements, and other information provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

  • Kiran's Collection will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • For customised, stitched-to-measure, or personalised orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are considered final. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, specifications, size, measurements, colour, and other relevant information before placing an order.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer under any circumstances. Customers cannot request cancellation due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preferences, or any other reason.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or dispatch. While we make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Kiran's Collection shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.

6. Order Cancellations

a) Cancellation by the Customer

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the customer cannot cancel the order under any circumstances.

This applies to all orders, including standard products, customised products, stitched-to-measure garments, and personalised orders.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully verify all product details, size, measurements, colour, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before completing the purchase.

Cancellation requests made after an order has been placed will not be accepted.

b) Cancellation by Kiran's Collection

Kiran's Collection reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The ordered product is unavailable or found to be out of stock after the order is placed.

  • There is an obvious pricing, product description, or technical error on the Website.

  • We are unable to verify the customer's payment or contact details.

  • The shipping address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be serviced.

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious activity.

  • Circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If Kiran's Collection cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processing procedures.

Customers do not have the right to cancel a confirmed order. Cancellation of an order after confirmation can only be initiated by Kiran's Collection under the circumstances stated above.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Final Sale — No Exchanges or Refunds

All purchases are considered final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, specifications, size, measurements, colour, and other relevant information before placing an order.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded by the customer.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India, so no shipping charges are collected separately on standard orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, designs, and other materials, is the property of Kiran's Collection or is used with appropriate permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
