Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kiran's Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every purchase to be something you love. If for any reason your experience does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our terms around order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

a) Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone at +91-8368676747. Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order will be accepted without any cancellation fee, provided the order has not yet been dispatched

 If the order has already been packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered (subject to return eligibility below)

Customised, stitched-to-measure, or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and production has commenced

b) Cancellation by Kiran's Collection

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is found to be out of stock after the order is placed
  • We are unable to verify the customer's payment or contact details
  • There are concerns about the shipping address provided
  • Suspected fraudulent activity is detected

In all such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong colour, style, or size sent by us)

The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or visible damage caused during transit

The item is of genuinely poor quality not consistent with our standard

We do not accept returns for change of mind, minor colour variations due to screen display differences, or personal preference reasons.

Return Timeframe

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-8368676747 with the following:

  • Your order details and order number
  • Clear photographs of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must not show signs of use, perfume, stains, or alterations
  • Items returned without prior communication and approval will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Customised or stitched-to-measure garments
  • Innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Items that have been altered, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style (where applicable), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange requests are handled individually. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and ensure you walk away happy.

Exchanges are subject to availability. In cases where the requested product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.

4. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Order cancelled within 24 hours before dispatch — full refund

Order cancelled by Kiran's Collection due to stock or payment issues — full refund

Return approved for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent item — full refund or exchange

Lost in transit (confirmed by courier investigation) — full refund or replacement

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway, as applicable)

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Shipping Charges on Refunds

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our part, in which case we will arrange and cover the return pickup.

5. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a cash refund. Store credit will be valid for [insert duration, e.g., 6 months] from the date of issue and can be applied to any future purchase with Kiran's Collection.

6. How to Raise a Cancellation or Return Request

To raise a request, please follow these steps: Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8368676747 within the applicable timeframe

Step 2: Share your order number, the issue you are facing, and clear photographs (where applicable)

Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

Step 4: If approved, follow the return or refund instructions provided by our team

Do not ship any item back to us without prior confirmation. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
