Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders from the moment you place them to the moment they arrive at your door.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number via WhatsApp or the contact information provided at checkout

During sale periods or high-demand occasions such as festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities may arrive sooner, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Courier Partners

3. International Shipping

Kiran's Collection ships worldwide. We want every woman, wherever she is, to be able to shop her dream closet with us.

International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Delivery timelines may vary due to international shipping variables beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand what charges may apply before placing your order.

Restricted Destinations

While we aim to ship globally, there may be certain countries or regions where shipping is not currently available due to logistical or regulatory restrictions. If your country is not serviceable, our team will notify you promptly and process a full refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp. You can use this information to track your package directly on the courier's website.

5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or embellished pieces receive extra protective packaging.

We also strive to use packaging that is as minimal and responsible as possible.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. Kiran's Collection is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realise you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at +91-8368676747. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee address changes after the package has been handed over to the courier.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the issue.

For damaged goods: please send us photographs of the damaged packaging and product via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt

For lost shipments: if your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please notify us immediately and we will initiate a courier investigation

Resolutions for lost or damaged shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package may be held at the local courier facility for a limited time before being returned to us.

Redelivery or reshipping charges may apply for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery.
